Our current turn around time is APPROX 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS and EXCLUDES HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING/TRANSIT TIME.

All of our items are 100% handmade and 100% made to order. Holidays and weekends are NOT included in this time frame. Due to the influx of orders around certain holidays or shop wide promotions and sales our turn around time might be extended.

Failure to read our posted turn around time is ZERO fault of the shop or shop owner. Our turn around time is found above in our shop announcements, in every listing within our shop under the “Shipping & Policies” section, and in your order receipt that’s emailed to you after an order has been placed. This info can also be found on your order details page as well.

Yes, we have a turn around time as our items are all 100% handmade and 100% made to order and it will be an ESTIMATED arrival date that will be provided to you, NOT A GUARANTEED DATE. Shipping and transit times with USPS can vary and are dependent on a few variables - your location, the shipping speed you choose at checkout and the service of USPS.

We DO NOT offer any order cancellations, returns or refunds. This information can also be found in the “Shipping & Policies” section in every listing as well.

We are not responsible for late, delayed or missing packages. Your best option is to purchase Priority Mail shipping and track your package on the USPS website. We offer both rush order processing and Priority Mail upgrades for a fee. Please contact us if needing a rush order set up.
We highly recommend upgrading to Priority Mail shipping to ensure the fastest delivery ONCE the order is shipped although delivery times for both Priority Mail and standard First Class may vary and are not guaranteed.


If multiple orders are placed we can usually combine them, depending on our workload and when the orders were placed. If we are able to combine orders we charge a $2.00 fee per order to combine orders, meaning you will be issued a $3.00 refund for each additional order.

We recommend selecting the Priority Mail upgrade at checkout if you need your order more quickly. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SHIPPING UPGRADE ONLY. Priority Mail takes approx 2-3 biz days, as opposed to standard First Class shipping which takes 3-5 biz days, sometimes longer depending on your location and any delays that USPS is experiencing. A Priority Mail upgrade is simply a shipping upgrade, NOT a rush order fee. Please feel free to contact us for a rush order upgrade if needed!

If you’d like to purchase insurance on your order to cover the loss or damage of your order please contact us for pricing as we are more then happy to help you with that.
